Very user friendly and up to date audio of the Liturgy of the Hours. The English plainchant is in clear, easy to understand male and female voices.

I use this app every day. Especially when I am rushed and forget to update the ribbons in my hardcopy volume. The content providers do a very good job at rationalizing the differences between the 4 volume LOTH and the single volume Christian Prayer. There are a few minor bugs and rare crashes that keep me from giving a 5 star rating.

Ive used the original version of Divine Office for a while now and much prefer that version to this new update. The page turn animation is pretty but I much prefer the scrolling feature in the older version. With page turn the text is often cut off mid-way or awkwardly formatted with spacing. This was never a problem when the user could scroll through the text. There is no way to change the page turns back to scrolling. I also find the choice of red font headings (replacing the brown) to be rather vexing. It makes the prayer book look more like a website. The centre justified text is also a strange choice. In both cases, I see this update as a step backwards rather than an improvement. I would like to see more user options to change see aspects of the app. The inclusion of a liturgical calendar is certainly a vast improvement although it would be nice to see regionalization available.

This app makes everything so accessible. Best app on my phone.

Wonderful experience and functionalities. Special mention to the hymns by different interpreters and the function "online now" to see all those praying right now around the planet. Id love to have same options in other languages. Maybe its coming...

Great app for anyone that wants to make prayer a regular part of their day.

This app is great. Sometimes it has issues where it doesnt download the audio or the audio sounds like it is breaking up but all people religious or not should be using this.

I love this app. Ive been using it for a couple of years and it is a wonderful experience of being connected to the worldwide community of the Church-in-prayer no matter where I am or what time of day it is. No need to carry around a 4-Volume set of The Divine Office anymore! The beauty of this app is that you can pray with the church while reading it or listening to it being read, and seeing where others are also simultaneously praying using the app worldwide...truly a marvellous experience of connecting with others and our Lord no matter your faith tradition to which you belong; this is an app usable by all Christians - anyone can experience enrichment and their relationship with God deepened. Simply Enjoy it and be blessed.

The convenience of having the Liturgy on my phone makes it my most treasured possession. I love being able to listen to others do the readings, and the choice of music is great. I recommend this app to all who want to be able to pray on a more consistent basis.
